So. What if it wasn't Bernie Madoff who caused the downfall of millions, but his cunning, attractive secretary?
Written by Hannah Cheesman and Julian De Zotti, with Matt Eastman directing, this is the 'real' story behind the epic rise and fall of the largest financial fraud in history. Spanning four decades, we'll watch as Linda, Pepper, Annabelle, and Deirdre - the four women of the 44th floor - become the masterminds of the world's most notorious Ponzi scheme.

"When two are served, you may begin to eat." - Futterman's Rule
Racking up more air miles than John Self in Martin Amis' Money, Matt has been everywhere from Singapore to Santiago, shooting pop stars in Shanghai, coffee klatch in Kiev, and skateboarding skunks in Jakarta. His client list includes Skittles, Orange Mobile, and Burger King -- not to mention Refresh, the Asian version of Febreze.
He is repped by GoEast Films.

Hot Snack Radio is a crazed Internet radio experiment that Gavin, a bearded man with chunky glasses, broadcasts out of his Frogtown apartment with BFF Nico and ‘objet d’affection’ Sam. Gavin fancies himself an old school muckraker who can spout off on civic politics, vegan values, and early west coast jazz with equal intelligence and gusto. Nico is the self-proclaimed 'badboy of Internet radio', while indie-goddess Sam breaks up the inane chatter with her selection of obscure mp3s and salty rock-journo musings.
They have a small but loyal group of listeners, numbering in the tens on their better days.
"Hey I like that, some beautiful vud-y-o..." Gerry Todd.
As a child, Matt watched Muchmusic religiously, with fervour. His favourite show was RapCity, hosted by Michael Williams. He also enjoyed the weekends when Weird Al took over the station. Matt still owns a VHS copy of The Cactus Vidie/Yo, a compilation of music vids by Brooklyn rap group 3rd Bass.
Here's a grab bag of music videos Matt's made. Peep it!
"Why did you make that?"
Cowboys versus hippies. The International Caffeine Council. Watched too much Seinfeld in the 90s. Did you know I used to be the tallest freestanding structure in the world?
Some short films.
"You can't start a fire without a spark."
We grabbed a camera and some pals and danced to Bruce Springsteen on the streets of Toronto. Why? No reason.
This year I've had the great pleasure of working with Havas Worldwide and Lemon Film Studio in Warsaw, shooting ads for Orange.
You're an animal.
Crazy fun directing gig. Though it involved a lot of math. Was the FWA Site of the Day and featured in Google's Creative Sandbox.
From Fast Company:
"Developed by BBDO Toronto and digital shop Jam3, the new createtherainbow.com is a video-based website where users choose from a bunch of elements in a template to create their own Skittles Holiday ad. The characters, background setting, dialogue and, well, the "miracles" are all accounted for; their arrangement is up to you. The variety here offers more video possibilities than there are Skittles in a vending machine bag. "
